All products displayed on our site are explicitly those sold to you. We do not by any means forge false product as this goes against our customer service policies.
Upon shopping for your product (that is once you’ve checked out), you will receive an online receipt indicating your payment transaction(s) in detail. Note that the online receipt is issued only when you have paid via our online payment channel.
Our company has strict rules that are obliged to be followed by both our employees and customers when it comes to returning a product. Whether the error is from us or you, we stick to our RETURN POLICY which you should read keenly.
Items which are out of stock are believed to be so only on a temporal basis. If our store has to do away with a particular product, we would NOT showcase it for anyone.
Thus, a product tagged “out of stock” is meant to be made available once bought and in stock.
We offer shipping services which of course do come with an extra cost.
